Delete your Emberfall Frontier account
In the game (fastest)
- Open Emberfall Frontier and tap your HQ badge (top left) to open your Profile.
- Under Delete account, type DELETE and tap Delete account.
Your account is removed immediately. If you are in an alliance, leave it first; if your troops hold the Capital, recall them first.
Without the game
Email team@lucascapitalpartners.com with the subject “Delete my Emberfall account”, and include your commander name and, if you secured your account, its email address. We may ask you to confirm the request from that email. We complete deletions within 30 days, usually much sooner.
What is deleted
- Your account and sign-in details (device identifier, email address, password hash).
- Your base, resources, troops, commanders, progress, battle reports and commander name; your base leaves the world map.
What may remain for a short time
- Copies in our daily backups, erased within 14 days.
- Server request logs (IP address and time), kept for up to 30 days for security.
- Messages you already posted in alliance chat may remain visible to that alliance.
